    We are looking for a responsible full time licensed Creative Architect with passion about architecture and detail. The core duties of the role includes collaborating on design projects, from brainstorming to drafting throughout the whole development of the project, assist in the preparation of all necessary documentation for project presentations and project filing for construction permits, communicating with all involved parties in the projects (clients, advisors, contractors, suppliers), coordinating project detailing, including project research and building specifications.

    • Responsible for design buildings along with a team of Architects. Brainstorms on project ideas and works on design drawings in AutoCAD.
    • Producing 2d architectural working drawings and 3d models using Sketchup for the project presentation.
    • Maintain / organize project files, schedules and specifications
    • Work with the entire team, in office and with outside consultants
    • Proficient time management to facilitate working on multiple projects simultaneously

    Minimum 3 years professional experience

    • Passionate about architecture and detailed design
    • Proficiency in 2D (ACAD)
    • Knowledge of Sketchup
    • Knowledge of V-ray, Enscape
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
    • Knowledge of Archicad is a plus
    • Knowledge of new Building Regulation (ΝΟΚ) is a plus
    • Knowledge of the English language

    We are looking for a responsible full-time licensed Permit Architect with strong technical knowledge and attention to detail. The core duties of the role include managing the permit procurement process, preparing permit documentation and 2D drawings, ensuring compliance with building regulations and planning procedures, and coordinating with public authorities and project teams throughout the permitting process.

    - Involvement in the permit procurement process, from initial research and documentation to final approval
    - Curating the process related to permit requirements, data collection, processing, policies, and procedures
    - Developing 2d drawings for Permit reasons
    - Permit application handling to all services involved (Council of Architecture, Ephorate of Antiquities, etc.)

    - Minimum 5 years of professional experience
    - Knowledge of the new Building Regulation (ΝΟΚ) and planning procedures
    - Proficiency in 2D (ACAD)
    - Proficiency in Adobe Suite
    - Knowledge of the English language
    - Knowledge of Sketch Up and Archicad Software is a plus
    - Collaboration with the team
    - Communication Skills
